** We are offering two weeks of camp in summer 2022: July 11-15 and July 18-22.
Do your kids love getting messy, making art, and exploring nature? If so, this is the art camp for your 5-10 year old! Nature Art Camp will run from 8:30am to 2:00pm, M-F, and is led by professional mixed media artist Jordan Kim and early childhood specialist Anna Diem. During our week together up in beautiful Parkdale, we’ll spend each day focused on a different aspect of the natural world. Together we'll explore the subject through hands-on science experiments, field exploration, and artistic expression. Campers will create loads of artwork, collaborative projects, new friendships, and so much more! Each art project will tie back into our connection to the natural world and each other. Join us for a week of letting our imaginations play together!
We are offering reduced rates for sibling campers again this year ($100 discount for siblings!). Camp fee includes all necessary supplies. To eliminate food sharing, campers are asked to bring their own snacks and lunches.
Covid-19 precautions and protocols: We are requiring that campers be vaccinated. We ask that parents do temperature checks and health screenings at home prior to coming to camp. Anyone that is not feeling well or is experiencing covid symptoms is asked to stay home. At this time we expect to make mask-wearing optional. Most of our time will be spent outdoors. When indoors we will be spaced at least 3' apart. During meals we will be outdoors and spaced >6 feet apart. Campers will sanitize or clean hands frequently and supplies will not be shared. Camp will be limited to a maximum of 12 campers. We reserve the right to adjust covid safety protocols to match current OHA/ODE recommendations.
