The atmosphere for this art and nature retreat will be playful, relaxed, and nurturing. Let yourself be guided through a process to reconnect with your intuitive wisdom, realign yourself with the rhythms of the natural world, and learn how to anchor into these resources so that you may access them on a regular basis in your daily life.
Activities will include art making (exploring a wide variety of mediums), meditation/reflection, art journaling, connecting with other participants, and exploring/utilizing the amazing natural environement to enrich your experience. No art experience necessary. Snacks, and lunch will be provided. Onsite, overnight accomodations are available.
The setting for this retreat is the magical Trout lake Abbey in Trout Lake, Washington. It is dreamy - incredibly inspiring, restorative, and perfect for accessing your inner wisdom. This day-long (9am - 6pm) retreat has been thoughtfully designed by professional mixed media artist and ecologist Jordan Kim to help rekindle your connection with the natural world and your creative spirit. Fee includes snacks, lunch, and all needed art supplies. A light dinner will be provided for those who choose to stay overnight.
